What you want to do is find out which PEMs it exposes to the public.
http://www.macam98.ac.il/vmis/final3.html has a C program that will do this.
http://www.levelextreme.com/wconnect/wc.dll?FournierTransformation~?2,33,Forum=5,29,677 shows another one.

Or, the VB object browser, if it can read the dll.
