Yes.
TD width="50"> pics
TD width="25%"> percentage of screen res or avaliable table width
You can also do this at the table level
table width="500">
or
table width="50%">
Keep in mind you must still use the spacer as in the other example from truegeeks if you thing netscape will be involved.
