I'm always weary of installing apps under Administrator because I have had too many problems with NT W/S in the past - similar to your problem.

I would still have thought it's a 2000 issue rather than a VFP one, especially seeing how fast the progression in "security" has gone in Windows since 95 to NT4, I couldn't imagine how nailed-down it is now.
