I meant, that you search for pathname. Basically, you're searching for a file, so I would name this variable something like FormFile...
I haven't tried to read through the rest of the code, but you should be very definite in the naming of your variables, so if anybody else would read your code, it would be easy to follow.

For instance, right now I'm messing in the old project of one of my former colleague, who is no longer working with us. It's a terrible process. First I go through each form's code, simplifiing the logic, declaring variables to be local, etc. The form has lots of code... The second item would be to re-write those methods after I'll completely understand BR and that this form is supposed to do. That's a really hard job to mess with badly written code...
