The pdfs are smaller. than the orig text file input. I dont know how that is possible, but its there. My puter is chugging away, on 225 now.... I guess Ill go out for a walk or something. But the results. are much much better than text.

Text files are full of redundancies! One simple compression algorithm is to replace the most common used words with one of the nonprinting ascii codes in the compressed file. Space of more than 3 in lenght are replaced with a code and a number, etc....

The html listing of 4,706 workers I was replacing was 505 Kb, and the pdf file showing the same thing is 256 Kb. But, the html file generates in 10 seconds but the pdf takes about 45 seconds.

I've been looking at the free buildFyTexBuild dll. It is really restricted. Perhaps too much.
