These are the enhanced MS Help Collection files, supported by the HTML Help facility provided with .NET and VFP7. In VFP7, these files are referenced in Tools/File Options/Help in the Collections line of the listing. You must have the enhanced Help facility that shipped with .NET or VFP7 to use them, and AFAIK, there's no facility freely available to produce them at thi time.
