On the old MS Natural keyboards, yes.
The new MS Natural keyboards are the same overall width as a 5 year old NTC "space saver" (i.e. thin edges around the keys) standard keyboard I have, and the Enter key is actually about an inch closer to the right edge of the keyboard than the NTC.
