That also means, any temp paths, or Desktop/Start program folders on Windows 2000 are located in C:\Documents and settings\Ext#103\... In most of MS's installs (IE5.5 in particular) it tries to do some stuff in that folder, but it also recognizes the pound sign as some type of escape character. My installs always blow up saying teh folder c:\Documents and settings\EXT03\... is not found. So I always install as Administrator :-)

Maybe you should scrap the # and use something like _ instead
