I just tried something, which may help.
I created a report, with two fields, in the detail band,
1 filed was a ole, picture control with the source being a bitmap, the other a field in some table.
it worked,
The margins were set right, you could even specify the source of the picutre to be a field (general field) with your bmp.
Have you attempted to use a report to print these faxes ?
