Hello David,
To expand on Mike's idea, and to increase accuracy, you could start by using a relatively large interval, say 2 Hours, and test the time. As the time gets close to the desired time you can reduce the interval, say to 30 minutes, then 5 minutes, etc to get as accurate as needed. I don't think the overhead would be of concern, this should require very few CPU cycles.

>>>What is the limit of the timer interval? I need to have a process run anywhere from 1 to 25 hours. Any ideas?

>>I got a better idea, run your timer every 15 minutes (or 30 minutes, or hour, ect.) and check to see if 25 hours has passed since your process last ran. Its gonna be alot more accurate then using a 25 hour interval, I bet.

>It seems to me that it would be _slightly_ faster and more efficient to have VFP check the interval for the time rather than adding additional code to check to see if the time matches. Yes?
