He called me and told me the name of the software package they put in place is called TrendMicro Spam filter.

But here is an interesting thing, he indicated that they have not made any changes to the software since installation. I was getting the email until recently. So he asked me to ask you did you all change where you send email out of recently (within last few months) or make a change to the way you send email responses out.
