Sure, it's all in a day's work, but each time I had to do this (back in those days when we were leaving .prg files around), I had a feeling I would rather do something creative instead. Or maybe I enjoyed being a Source Holmes, drWatson being already installed.
Sometimes I wander if there could be a way to track the source through the years, to find which bytes lasted the longest. I know I saw some routines undergo routine (sic!) changes, and yet they highly resemble their first versions. Some snippets get copied and pasted... now if there was a way to paint them by their age...
