Where I get different results is at the initial 'click and hold' on the slider bar - in Word I've become 'attached' to the slider, then moving the slider causes scrolling to occur in that window.
But in Foxpro, at that initial 'click and hold' to attach myself to the slider, the slider jumps, usually up, so it's as though I both clicked and then scrolled the slider about a page-worth of data. This doesn't happen at the top of a document. I'm getting shaky in my 'advanced' age but not that shaky.
Am I explaining that well?
