What makes firstLogic better than MelissaData or MyMailList?

I use MelissaData quite extensively, although manually. Saves us quite a bit of money on postage. Does FirstLogic have .dll versions of their software?

I have used a company called 'FirstLogic' in La Crosse which provide Cass certification and Mail Preparation software much better company always on top of any postal changes.
