I wrote a program that automatically assigns HelpContextIDs to textboxes, checkboxes, editboxes and comboboxes by USEing the form itself as in
USE MYFORM.SCX IN 0 SHARED. But after I assign the HelpContextID values, and press Modify button to view the form in the Project Window, the form is all messed up. Most of the textboxes, editboxes, comboboxes and checkboxes end up on the left edge of the form. A few boxes are where they started, but most boxes moved out of position to the far left edge of the window.

When I compare the before and after .SCX files properties. I see that nothing has changed except the HelpContextID which was changed correctly. The Top and Left values appear unchanged. Granted, I did not check all the objects. Only a few that had moved. What is causing the form to lose its mind? I don't get it? Help and thank you.

I must be affecting the .SCX form file in some way that I don't understand.
