When I first replied I didn't thought of the comboboxes being inside of a grid, but the filtering example I gave should work in the grid too. You would put the appropriate code inside of comboboxes 1 and 2 on the InteractiveChange event. Although inside of the grid you should be clearing the filters every time the user changes rows.

What do you mean the control source is the same for the grid's column? The way this would work is if the comboboxes have their own lookup table data sources. In other words, one master table for the grid and three lookup tables for the comboboxes, one for each.
