Try to add following code to your foxpro startup program

DEFINE BAR 10 OF _msystem PROMPT "\-"
DEFINE BAR 11 OF _msystem KEY Alt+F1 PROMPT "My Knowledgebase "
ON SELECTION BAR 11 OF _msystem DO MyKB.app
