When I generate a report, with a matrix, in the print preview, everything
is ok but if I choose to print from the print preview, one of my column is
misprinted in win95 and win98 but not in NT4 and Win2000. I lose the right
part of my number. (eg. instead of having '4' or '-12', I have only the
sign ' ' or '-1' ). But, if I choose to print the exact same report without
the print preview, the report is correctly printed in all environnements
(win95, win98, NT4, win2000).

The problem exists only with formula column!!! With a sql statement formula
or even with a sample addition of column1 and column2. All columns from the 'original sql statement' is corectly printed.

I created a testcase with 'scottschema' tables and the problem still there.
I also started all over again with a blank report and/without using the assistant report. Not better!

All our clients have the problem but it is not always the same column for them.
For example, for the client 'A', it is always the 5TH column but for the
client 'B', it is always the 13TH column.

The only parameter for this report is 2 dates. From 'BeginDate' To 'EndDate'.
For example, let's say that my problem is in the 5th column. So, for the same
report, if I change my parameter, the misprinted character that was in 5TH column for test #1 is printed correctly in the 4TH column for test #2 and the correctly printed character in 6th column in test #1 is now misprinted in the 5th column in test #2.

Taking off the print preview for this report is not a option.

I am using 2 different laser printer HP LaserJet 4050 and HP LaserJet
4plus but it seems to reproduces to any printer. I put/change/deinstall/install
all the printers drivers for those printers.

Here is the version installed on my computer and for our clients:
Report Builder 6.0.8.8.3
ORACLE Server Release 8.0.6.0.0
Oracle Procedure Builder 6.0.8.10.0
Oracle ORACLE PL/SQL V8.0.6.0.0 - Production

I cannot update all my clients unless I am very certain that a new patchset is really gonna resolve the problem.

Oracle support was unable to help me ( TAR-1536188.996 ) so, I just wish somebody here does.

Thanks!
