http://www.easysw.com/htmldoc/htmldoc.pdf>Does a good job of converting HTML do PDF for free.
The big problem with htmldoc is that the command line version only comes with the $499 version, not the free one. So, one has to use their little dialog screen to do the conversion. But, it does a GREAT job converting html fiels to pdf files and is very quick. It amazes me that some companies (one man shops ?) will charge as much for a single utility as MS does for their most excellent GUI RAD, VFP.

http://www.fytek.com/text2pdf.html Can be called from as a class.. Not all that fancy, but has a few fonts, and colors.
The big problem with this puppy is that the time it takes to convert a text file to a pdf document seems exponentially related to the size of the text file.
While trying to convert a 4MB text file I gave up at 20 minutes and killed the sucker. A 130KB text file took about 45 seconds. Smaller files seem to go very quickly.
The GhostView + RedMond + CreatePDF is too much of a pain to install if one wanted to give the user PDF creation ability the way they have with VFP reports.
