Good Afternoon, (at least here in Venezuela is the afternoon).

Is good to write again in this forum.

Recently I have download the Kylix OE and honestly is a GREAT tool, its IDE is great. I'm rigth now working with it to understand how to program on it better. I've worked with VFP in the last 3 years and I want to take a new way (don't misunderstand me, VFP is a great tool, but I'm a little bit tired of M$).

In this oprotunity I have two questions:

(1) Relative a Kylix, I'm installing a new component into my kylix but when I try to compile thye component I have an error, something like the VISUALDBCLX can't be found by my kylix. ¿What's VISUALDBCDX? and ¿how can i resolve this problem?

(2) Well, the other question: In several packages when I try to run the ./configure app, this apps tell me this message:

"Can't find X includes: please check your installation and add the correct path"

I understand the messages but I don know what to do, can anybody help me please?
