We are updating an OLD 2.6 app to VFP and the old app uses DDE to create a Word MailMerge. We print upwards of 400 letters a day from this system and would like to find something in VFP that will handle the job outside of DDE. I see in the MSDN samples that there is an ActiveX control called "OLEWORD". Problem is that I can't find all the properties and/or OLE interface commands listed anywhere.

I'm sure that the old DDE will work OK with VFP, but I would think that there are better ways in the newer versions.

Anybody know of a way to take a table and use it for a data source, merge it with an existing Word document and send it directly to the printer without user intervention?
