How can i Add shadows to the Pop up and the tipical menues in visual Basic?

Hey, Have you ever seen those FoxProW 26 Popup and typical menues with shadows?

Can i do that in Visual Basic too?
PS:

I lost all my information in my Hard Disk, i used to have a partition, C and D.

after a maintenance routine, D has dissapeared, and all of my stuff was there: is there
a way you guys know that i can make that Drive return and that i can make backups of all
that?

also, i would like you guys to send again the URL of the following themes:

Setup Wizard customization
ADO and Components
DAO and Components
Progressbar with percentages
(Eric moreau has his project with this)
Where can i find OCX components that i can use for my ...

All of this including the OCXs has gone in D drive, im sad, this is my first 2,5 GB Hard Drive
and i lost everything, give me some help friends!
