So it's not just me. :-) If I remember correctly, I set the colors under SQL Server 7 and they persisted fine, but not SS 2K. The reason I know is I have my Windows colors set for white over cyan for windows and SS uses cyan as the Comment forecolor, so I can't even see comments in the SP editor. :-) I think it's a bug but I haven't found any documentation on it yet.
