There could be a whole bunch of other files that are needed for distribution depending on what your reports do and what capabilities you give your users. You'll also need additional DLLs for graphing and exporting.
>Well, I cheat < g >. There's a short list of files you need to distribute to send runtimes to end users. But i don't use a fancy installer program like Installshield, I just have a little batch file to copy the files and register the required DLLs.
>If you are going to continue using the Fox 2x file type method, you need to have the following files ont he client computer (documetned about 4 directories deep in the Crystal Help - a seperate file, not the help you get whiel in the report writer):
>
> craxdrt.dll
> crviewer.dll
> p2bxbse.dll
> crpaig80.dll
> sscsdk80.dll
> msvcrt.dll
> mfc42.dll

>The last two a no doubt already on the machine, they might not be new enough. You need a real installer to replace them, as they are always in use. I've found that any machine with Office2000 has new enough versions. The only time I had to actually repalce those files was on a system with Office95 running under Win95. IE5 also installs new enough versions of those files.
> You need to register the first two files using the regsvr32 program: regsvr32 craxdrt.dll from a command prompt.
> Obviously you also need to include your .rpt files.

>>Thanks Randy. Was able to see the table per your suggestion. I just got CR a couple of days back. When it comes to distributing my application with CR, how difficult or magical does it become - especially given that I am relatively new to both VFP and CR.
