Hi:
You need a COM DLL. You can work with your DLL with ASP on IIS environment or build a COM+ application on a Win2000 Server + SP1
No work with SP2 on Win2000 because the stub/proxy *.MSI files exported from the COM+ application no register CLSID on the clients machine (Q289821)
