It's included with VFP. From the Tools/Options dialog Controls tab it appears on the list of ActiveX controls. Check the check box next to "Microsoft Common Dialog Control" (you may want to set it as the default). To add it to a form, click the "View Classes" toolbar button, then click the its button as you would for any other control and drop it on the form. More information about its various settings is available from the Help option on the control's context (right-click) menu.
