I use Rightfax server , from inside VFP only two lines of embedded are necessary to get it working, www.rightfax.com

you put those in your reports .... embedded in the reports,
select the printer. and its done.


Hi Bob,

I saw your message after a search on keyword 'rightfax' and it seems to address my problem.

To embedd the fax number and "to name" in a report I believe the syntax is:

tofaxnum:999-9999
toname:whoever
(enclosed in greater/less than signs which dont seem to want to show in this message)

When using the VFP 6/7 Report Writer, would these be entered as label objects or what? I cant seem to get it to work.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated...
