People absorb and retain information much better in the morning vs. the evening, it is a general fact. How early you get up is relative to how late you go to sleep, so maybe most people will try not to stay out too late on Sunday night. If it was from 7pm-8:30pm, then it would be ending near midnight for many people coming in from the east coast and even worse for those from Europe. I will remind myself to make sure you have a 7am wake-up call Monday morning. <s>
