You first query creates a table named #shipper2 but your second query references a table named #shipper.

>PBKLOGAF.BKPONO AS BKPONO
>into #shipper2
>FROM OEP128 Left outer JOIN

>select #shipper2.*, oep180.slsamt from #shipper
