I need to send out a new executable to my users.
It will not fit on a floppy disk so I will have to send it on CD ROM.

I would rather do this using the Setup Wizard.

I need the setup Wizard to have the following behaviour.

1. If it is a first time installation install all files including the Data folder containing my DBC and DBFS

2. If it is not a first time installation then just install the executable and anything else thats requires updating.

The above is to avoid overwriting my users existing data. My data folder is a subfolder of my application.

All suggestions gratefully received.
