There are two utilities posted on UT (I don't remember the file names off hand) that should do the trick for you. One will convert a report to a Word HTML Doc (FRXWORD or something like that), and the other will create an e-mail message with attachments in Outlook (Outlook wrapper). The combination of these two shoud give exactly what you are looking for.
