I too prefer XML. Here's how I think it would work. Retrieve data as XML from business object. Allow user to edit the data via forms that are bound to XML data islands. Once the user submits the form, I would send the modified data island back to the business object to update the back end. Does this sound right? It's the last part that I'm not sure about. Anyways if you have any sample code I would appreciate it. Thanks for your help. --Tom
