I have a full text index set up on a table (SQL 2000), and a schedule created to run an incremental population on the table every hour. Problem is, it just doesn't run. (Yes the schedule is enabled).
I know I've got to be doing something stupid, but the only time the index is repopulated is when I do it manually, and that won't work for long. The table in question has about 200,000 rows, and sees +-8000 rows added and deleted daily.
BOL mentions that you can set up a full-text index to update itself as the table is updated, but I don't see a way to do that either.
