If you search the internet hard enough, you may find a complete UPC-A TrueType Font that you may be able to use. Whether or not it is free is a differnet matter, however, if you can find it, it will usually be split into 2 or more sections. This is due to the way UPC-A barcodes are created. The bars look different for any given digit depending on what position that digit is in the code. A proper font will have sections for "left handed" and "right handed" digits and the start, middle, and end bars. If you want a scannable UPC, you will have to take these differences into account when you use the font.
