Alice, now that's a new one even for me. And at 6', 225 lbs, I certainly don't have a pencil neck but hey, as long as the checks keep coming. I've worked with those who are very "title" conscious. I've never been. For many years I worked with companies who primarily did gov't contracting so there was a title (as required by the contract) for each position. Some of them were quite strange, some were useful. As for pages of descriptions, well someone had a little too much time on their hands I think.
