You need to include the installion files because they will need the OPOS Setup software to add devices and configure them with whatever port they connect the devices to. The SETUP will take care of registering the OCX, and you can get by without prividing the OPOS software, but then you would have to create the registry entries in your VFP Code and present some UI where the user can indicate what port the device is connected to.
