>Do you think it's a good idea to work for the MCSD exam?

It can help make you look good on a resume. A future employer might see you as a person that is trying to improve themselves. You will learn more about VFP.

Here is my standard blurb

The beta study group created a study guide in the fall of 99

This is a good strategy since you can use 2 of the MCSD exams as credit towards an MCDBA.

>What do you think? Any suggestions/experience?

Study for the VFP exams was an intense learning experience. I am a better VFP developer because of it. The 70-100 reinforces programming concepts that are useful. For me personally, studying for VB6 exam as an elective helped me to become better at VB and helped me to learn its strengths and weaknesses.
