Just been doing some additional investigation.

Thus far it looks like the RI is problem. In this particular instance, it is firing a RestrictInsert trigger when in fact an Restrict Insert is not supposed to exist on this table. That is where the Data Type Mismatch is coming from.

Looks I will be reviewing the RI this afternoon.
