There're many ways to change VFP default folder:

- Change vaue of Start In: field in VFP shortcut
- Put Default=< your directory > in VFP config.fpw
- Change Default directory in Tools --> File Locations
- Put SET DEFAULT TO < your directory > in your VFP startup program
