>I have a View that displays numerical data both in a text box for "form view" and in a grid for "table view." I want the form and the grid to not display zero values for only certain fields. I also have a report that uses a different SELECT statement to report on the data. I also want to hide the zero values during printing. I know I can put the format character "Z" in field properties of the View to hide the zeros in the Browse window. But how do I format the grids, forms, and reports? I've looked everywhere for a "Format" property to do. Text boxes don't appear to have that. Thanks ahead of time.

For printing, use conditional printing. There is an option in the report designer, to print only when condition is true.
