Open a menu in the Menu Designer and make sure that Top-Lefel Form is checked under View -> General Options. After that build your EXE with Recompile All Files option checked.

I can run the program and add the menu on the main form using VFP command window. When I built a EXE file and ran it, "No parameters statement is found" showed. I make sure that the MPR file has parameter statement. I don't know why it always prompt me and can't link with main form. I didn't check the parameter of "Compile All" during build the EXE.
