You shouldn't do a READ EVENTS. If you need to keep the form alive pass it back to the client as a reference and it can get rid of it as needed or keep the reference alive.
Also make sure your form is defined as a Top level form. I can't remember but i think if it's defined as a desktop form it'll not be visible because the VFP desktop is hidden. For kicks you can try Appliction.visible = .t. in the server to see if the form is in fact running.
