Hi,

I got this problem too. I spent 3 days to debug the thing, finally I decided to re-code the whole thing, and now it is gone!! I suspect it got something to do with row buffering. I have this problem even before I issued TABLEUPADTE(). This thing happen in Grid.

If anyone out there could give me some light on this, it will be great.
