I don't know. However I don't think it would be a way because BIOS have a higher rate to be the same than HDD. I didn't notice any BIOS specific thing. It might be possible to write for a specific 'type' of BIOS.
Thinking time it gets to produce a copy protection I think it's worth to use hardware keys. They could be cracked too yes but practically nothing can stop hackers.
BTW as Will pointed out whatever you do there is already an ultimate tool for hackers called ReFox. First you should find a way to stop it :(
