>This is a fairly straightforward Client/Server App. SetUp. It installs a couple of common MS OCXs and one 3rd Party OCX. The third party ocx is the "TOC.OCX" - part of the TE Developers Kit from SubSystems, Inc. this is an RTF control that works very well and that we are quite pleased with.

>The problem is that on the 1st attempt to install from the setup.exe on a virgin machine - we often (not always) get a message that says the "TOC.ocx was not able to be registered" and the install quits. We can then immediately run setup.exe again and all works fine. After this - the program runs normal including the TOC.OCX control in the app. However, this means we are having to run setup.exe twice most of the time to get it to work correctly.

>TIA,

i'd call SubSystems and ask about any dependencies that the TOC.OCX has.
