Always makes me nervous about a company with no live people at the end of phone lines. The company I do work for here decided to continue to pay a receptionist just because of image and to alleviate frustration by their clients. It has paid off - they do really well in the marketplace.
But I will try the line again and thanks for the comment - after 1 call, I will revert to the web site.
