Costas, The easiest way (for me) is to hack the VCX. Make a backup, open the VCX as a table and change the CLASS and CLASSLOC fields. I do this all the time for forms also, especially when I want a specific base form class not the default.

You can also do it with the class browser. Look for "Redefine Class".
