It is open to anyone, anywhere, any way. I just posted the annoucement here since I know things spread from here out very well. I except the code name to be posted here, but people can have discussions and input on this elsewhere but it would make sense to bring back those results here to finalize, but again, it is all up the the Fox Community to pick the codename, and to also chose how to chose it. <s>
