Never, really. But after all the "FoxPro is Dead" nonsense over the last few years I think it would contain a certain 'in your face' quality to the detractors... Also, taking the pieces of a former (albeit better - and this is where the analogy breaks down a bit) plane to construct a new one also, as has been observed, fits well.
I have been amazed that a product that first saw light almost 20 years ago is still going strong. Changed to fit the modern times with features like COM support - and much better for it.
