When I execute associated command on the PRG I get the message:

VFP has a self register for activeX controls.
On the VFP´s menu choose TOOLS/OPTION then click into CONTROLS panel, then mark ACTIVEX CONTROLS after that, choose: MICROSOFT COMMUNICATION CONTROL.
IT´S DONE !
